RETURN POLICY
EFFECTIVE 09/15/97
All returns must be clean and free of all debris, must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our Customer Service Department, and must have an invoice number, date of purchase, and reason for return.

Returns over 90 days are not returnable.
Products should be freight prepaid.
FREIGHT DAMAGE POLICY
EFFECTIVE 09/15/97
Because freight carriers cannot verify damage caused by shipping of Kirwan products at the Kirwan facility, they require that claims be filed by the receiving organization. Freight damage should be noted on the receiving documents and the delivering carrier should be notified as soon as possible so that they can examine the damage.
Claims for all freight damaged shipments must be filed by the recipient with the delivering carrier as soon as possible.
No credits for shipping damage will be honored by Kirwan and freight damaged materials will not be accepted as returns.

Minimum Order Requirement: $100.00
All merchandise is invoiced when shipment is made. Invoices are payable NET 30 days. FOB Marshfield, Massachusetts
Warranty
Our products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship. All our products are designed and manufactured to meet the highest quality standards. We cannot accept any liability for failure of products which have been modified in any way from their original state nor for any failure due to misuse or application which is not in accordance with the designer’s intentions.
Refurbishment Warranty
Kirwan Surgical Products LLC guarantees the workmanship, safety and effectiveness of refurbished instruments whether originally manufactured by Kirwan Surgical Products LLC or not. Kirwan Surgical Products LLC is not responsible for stresses that have accrued before refurbishment which, ultimately, determine the useful life of the device. Furthermore, despite the efforts of our experienced instrument makers, we cannot guarantee that refurbished Kirwan instruments will necessarily meet their original dimensional and visual specifications due to their previous use and refurbishment processing.
Quality Statement
Kirwan Surgical Products LLC’s top management with executive responsibility shall make all efforts, provide all resources, define all management goals, and place the highest importance on complying with regulatory, process and customer requirements; all for the betterment of our standing as a medical device manufacturer. Kirwan Surgical Products LLC’s top management shall provide evidence of its commitment to the development and implementation of the quality management system and maintaining its effectiveness by communicating to the organization the importance of meeting customer as well as statutory and regulatory requirements. This shall be done by establishing a company quality policy, ensuring that quality objectives are established, by periodically conducting management reviews, ensuring the availability of resources, and by reviewing the quality management system for its continued suitability.
